How To Modify The Chat Widget

Updating your chat widget is simple and can be completed within your software account:

1. Open Sites >> Chat Widget, & select your widget

2. From here, you can make any desired updates to the design & messaging of your widget.

3. We recommend changing the default avatar to a friendly face from your clinic!

How To Contact Webchat Leads

Here's what happens when someone engages with the chat widget on your website:

1. They will be asked for their name, phone number, and a message.

2. New message submissions will be added to your sales pipeline's "❄️ COLD Leads (AI Engaged)" column. The AI Concierge will start following up through text.

3. The AI Concierge will "warm up" the leads to turn them into hot leads. You'll receive a notification when someone becomes a hot lead.
