Send An Email Blast
Step 1: Start From Scratch Or Template
Decide whether you want to:
Use a template: Go to the Templates section, select the one you want, and click the vertical dots then click "Create Campaign"
Start from scratch: Go to Campaigns, click +New, choose your preferred option
Step 2: Write Email
I have a tutorial on how to write great emails HERE
Step 3: Configure Campaign Settings
Subject Line: (Critical for open rates)
Keep under 50 characters
Create curiosity without being deceptive
Example: "October Exclusive: 3 Limited-Time Offers"
Preview Text: (Shows before opening email)
40-90 characters
Expands on subject line
Example: "Save up to 40% on our most popular treatments this month only"
Sender Name: Use a person's name (not business name)
✅ "Sarah" or "Dr. Sarah Thompson"
❌ "Bellavita MedSpa" or "Contact"
Why? People open emails from people, not businesses. Personal names increase open rates by 15-35%.
*NOTE: This will already be configured using Custom Values if you use one of our Forever Booked email templates*
Sender Email: yourname@yourclinicname.medicalspalink.com
This will also already be configured if you use one of our email templates.
Step 4: Select Recipients
Options:
All contacts
Segment by tags
Custom filters (location, last visit, interests)
Step 5: Choose Sending Method
Batch Schedule (RECOMMENDED)
Batch Size:

200-300 (If domain is Warmed Up) recipients per batch

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10 AM - 2 PM (optimal)
Avoid: Weekends and evenings (lower engagement)

Mimics natural human sending patterns
Protects domain reputation
Step 6: Enable Tracking Options

✅ Track Conversions
✅ Auto-tag engaged contacts
✅ (Optional) Resend to unopened (after 7-10 days)
Step 7: Launch & Monitor
Click "Launch Batch Campaign"
Monitor first batch delivery (wait 24 hours)
Check metrics before proceeding
Adjust strategy if needed
